Subject: Starter Button and Turn Signals Arent working!!!!

I have been rebuilding a 1978 XS750 (not special). I had the entire bike up and running with all the electricals working.

I wanted to repaint the headlight, tank and new seat so I had to take the bucket out and unconnected all the wiring.
When I put the wires back together my starter button wont work as well as my LED turn signals. All my other lights work fine (running, brake, headlight, horn....)
I have an LED flasher relay to compensate for the LED's.
The turn signals do not light up at all. I do not hear the relay at all when I try the turn signals.

I ran a continuity test along the fuses and they seem to be fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm thinking something isn't grounded?
