My 1979 xs750 D won't start. Plugs are dry even after full choke is applied. I am cleaning the choke circuits now.
On the Mikuni Mark 2s, when cleaning the choke circuits, should carb spray be able to be sprayed all the way through the circuit when the choke plungers are removed? I cleared the float bowl passage and the tiny hole in the upright tube is cleared.
Mine won't seem to pass fuel pass the little "dog leg" portion that one can see on the side of the carb. I tried spraying from both directions. It there a tiny jet in the "dog leg" area? Or could it be just clogged up real bad?
