Subject: Charging System: Am I running off stator?

The bike it all tuned up but i'm getting one electrical problem. The battery under no load is 12.8v. When I start the bike (I have to kick it) with the lights off the battery quickly gets charged to 14.38v. When I turn on the lights (low beam, rear lights are LED's) the volts drop to 13.31v.

At idle if I give it some throttle the headlight and gauges get brighter. When I turn the lights on I loose around 100-200 rpm's. On long rides my riding partner says me rear LED's are flickering as if the voltage is constantly changing. Long stop lights I'll have to blip the throttle so it wont die. I'm running around 1,500 rpm idle so I can get enough electricity at idle. I'm not an electrics guy at all but I figured i'd see if anyone has any input before I just start testing everything.

Your help is much appreciated! Thank you!
