Subject: Noise dampeners

I have two xs850s. One runs down the road quietly but the other one has a lot of ringing noise coming up from the engine when it is working. The quiet one has some sort of small rubber things between the cylinder fins . Looks to be about 24 per side of the engine. With some reading I see that those things are noise dampeners. Exactly what the noisy engine should have I think. What do you guys use to make these dampeners? BikeBandit.com doesn't have any.
