My XS750E has developed an occasional exhaust rattle in the (RH side) muffler baffle. Yes I've searched the archives and seen the surgery and replacement options. Wondering if anyone has come across a less invasive "cure"? Maybe something like a half pint of sodium silicate poured down its exit orifice and sloshed around? Portland cement or epoxy? Suggestions please. Keep the puns to PG-18 please.
