Subject: Finished custom intake

Ive been in the process of rebuilding my triple for the past eight months now. Somehow i lost the original airbox when i took it off several months ago, so i decided to build a custom intake. I settled on a pretty simple PVC and K&N setup. Here it is...hope i got the pictures to work


All in all cost about 45 bucks. The couplings on the end are some generic plumbers couplings you can pick up at home depot for two bucks each. I was originally going to have the filter pointing to the side, but it interfered with the side covers. I have plenty of room sans airbox if i need to go to a bigger filter. Do yall think i will have any airflow problems with this size filter?

::edit:: i forgot to mention i plan on drilling a hole for a tee to run the crankcase breather to.
